We arrived from SC due to a family illness. Booked online for 2 days. After our stay was over I had to extend for an additional 2 more days. The front desk was very understanding and accommodating. Great hospitality The lady in the after hrs kiosk was also a pleasure. Our room is clean and that's a big deal. No bugs. Thank y'all for your generosity and understanding.
Kathy at the reception desk was so helpful and very friendly. She consistently goes above and beyond not only for my stay but for any customer she can to help better their stay and experience. Thank you for such a wonderful and comforting stay with all of you at Motel 6 Buffalo!
Roy was really nice and helpful to the best of his ability. The rooms are nice NGL during the winter it's a little colder with the hard floors wear sock or slippers. The location has many restaurants in the area idea if you have a car I will say
I have a great experience every time I come here. The rooms are clean, the staff is nice. There is always quick service and everyone is willing to help. Kathy the manger really helped me during my last stay to accommodate my needs and was quick on her feet to figure out how to best get results. She definitely cares about her customers and the people who stay here! Thanks to her, I will definitely be coming back!
This motel has been the most comfortable place I've had to stay for an extended stay. The staff, especially Kathy at the front reception desk has always been very friendly and attentive to my family's needs! She is so polite and friendly which made our stay more enjoyable! Also Roy at the kiosk has also been super friendly and greats everyone who comes in! He is very helpful and understanding especially the 2 times I locked myself out he was always happy to help! I honestly wouldn't be happier anywhere else! Thanks Motel 6!
Cathy and Debbie were absolutely awesome the customer service is some of the best I've had in the country I promise you won't be disappointed it's in the area of great restaurants you will love it.. the room service was friendly I honestly had a very quiet chill time
"I had a very pleasant stay at this motel. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and offered everything I needed for a comfortable night. A special shout-out to the young girl “Lara” at the front desk; they were incredibly professional, welcoming, and made the check-in process seamless. It’s rare to find such high-quality service at a motel. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for great value and a friendly atmosphere."
I love this motel, the people are super nice, sweet and kind, the rooms are amazing and especially the bed is extremely comfortable. I would recommend this motel to anyone and this motel is awesome in a good area too. And also Lara who works at the kiosk is amazing, sweet and all the above very down to earth. Lara is such a great person.
